Hair Oil Massage
The most important thing is to clean our hair regularly and maintain it using good natural and cosmetic products available in the market. Our washing and drying hair methods are very extensive when we avoid hair fall. Oil massage is the cornerstone for the hair care regime. A Healthy hair oil massage will help build up hair growth, from roots to edge. Give a soft massage with hair oil to the scalp. This will improve blood flow to the head nerve , condition the scalp and enhance the ingrain of your hair. It also cuts down on stress which is one of the causes of hair loss.
Direction :
You can use coconut, olive, mustard or amla oil for hair massage. Give a massage to your hair at least weekly.
Fenugreek
Fenugreek seeds contain hormones that help the hair grow again. They are a good source of protein and nicotinic acid which strengthens the hair shaft and prevents breakage. The seeds contain hormone antacids that promote hair growth and rebuild damaged follicles.
Direction :
One of the easiest remedies is to soak fenugreek seeds overnight in water and grind them to make a paste. Spread the paste on Your hair and enclose it with a shower cap for 30 minutes. Wash it. It should be repeated every morning for a month for the results to appear.
Onion Juice:
Onions have a high concentration of sulfur which helps in many hair conditions leading to hair loss. It helps the hair follicles to improve blood circulation, revitalize them and reduce inflammation. Many researches done on hair loss have established that onions have great healing properties. These treating conditions are effective in such as androgenic alopecia or female pattern baldness.
Direction:
Just extract the juice of an onion, apply it on the scalp and leave it for half an hour. Wash it with water and then shampoo your hair.
Beetroot
Beet juice is rich in vitamins B and C as well as carbohydrates, protein, potassium, phosphorus and calcium.
Direction:
Make sure that you keep either beet juice in your daily diet or eat it as a salad. In addition to beetroot, spinach, lettuce and carrot juice, keep your hair healthy and reduce the risk of hair fall.
Jute Seeds
Jute seeds are rich in fatty acid content, flax seeds boost hair growth and restrict further hair fall.
Direction:
One teaspoon of flax seeds (freshly frozen) is to be consumed daily with a glass of water. Whole flax seeds can also be added to salads and soups.
