Best Remedies For Hair Growth

It is said that your hair is said to be your brilliant shine, and if it is not to your satisfaction then you want to improve your hair. If you want to regrow your hair try some of these natural remedies. There are some natural remedies for hair growth:


Onion Juice for hair growth



This remedy is considered one of the most effective and oldest ones. The reason behind this is that it contains sulfur which increases the collagen production in the tissues and helps in the regeneration of hair. Do not let its strong smell keep you from using it, as it stops after just one rinse.

How to Use: For this remedy, take a few slices of onion and congestion its juice and apply it to your scalp for 15 minutes. Let it work its magic and then rub it with a mild shampoo. Quick tip: You can also substitute it with potato juice.


Amla



Amla is considered a natural immune booster. Many people say that it is the most sought-after natural element for hair vitality. Because gooseberries contain oodles of essential fatty acids, which are said to strengthen hair follicles. In addition, a surplus of vitamin C in amla can prevent premature graying. It is also high in iron and powerful antioxidants - ellagic, gallic acid, and carotene. The latter improves blood circulation around the scalp thus stimulating hair growth. What's more, they can also fight the Russians.


 How to Use: In a bowl, make a smooth paste by mixing 2 teaspoons Amla powder and 2 teaspoons Shikakai powder and a little water. Do not let it get water. Spread the paste on your roots and hair and wait for 40-45 minutes. After this, shampoo your hair in normal water. You can follow this routine once a week.

 Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil till it turns brown. Add one  teaspoon of Amla powder and cool the paste marginally. Massage your scalp for about 10 minutes and wait for half an hour. Shampoo off. Use mild shampoo. You can follow this routine twice a week.


Honey

 


Honey consists of antioxidants that eradicate free radicals that are ruinous to the scalp. In addition, honey strengthens hair follicles due to its hydrating and nutritional properties.

How to Use:  Mix honey with your regular shampoo flakes. Spread this paste on your hair and wait for 2-3 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Finish with a mild conditioner.


Curry leaves 



Curry leaves are traditionally used in many dishes including Indian cuisine. Although they resemble the leaves of the often used Ayurvedic herb Neem  the curry leaf is not bitter and has a pleasing taste and smell. Because they contain beta-carotene, these leaves strengthen and repair roots, promote hair growth and prevent hair loss.

How to Use: Take about 30-40 leaves, wash them in water and let them dry without exposing them to direct sunlight. Heat 100 ml coconut oil. After the oil is heated, add the leaves and allow the mixture to cool for a day. Strain the oil into an airtight glass bottle. Use oil to massage the scalp half an hour before washing with gentle shampoo. Regular application not only prevents hair loss, but prevents premature graying.


Castor Oil

 


Popularly known as castor oil, it is rich in vitamin E and omega 9 fatty acids. Castor oil moisturizes your hair, and is best for fighting scalp infections.

 How to Use : Apply castor oil on your scalp, massage it well, and leave it for about 45 minutes. Finally, brush it off with a shampoo to get shiny hair.
