Natural Ways To Get Rid Of Hair Dandruff

When we deal with various problems every day, there is one common problem that unites all of us - dandruff. Apple Cider Vinegar

How to use: Add some apple cider vinegar in water (equal parts) and keep it aside. After washing your hair, apply the mixture on your wet hair. Massage your hair with the mixture. Wait for 10-15 minutes and then wash it.


Tea Tree Oil 



Tea tree oil is an essential oil that has been in use for thousands of years but has increased in popularity in recent years. Tea tree oil for hair is known to offer antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and anti-inflammatory benefits, helping with conditions such as acne, athlete's foot, contact dermatitis, cradle cap, dandruff and more. 

How to use: Just add tea tree oil to your shampoo; Add about 8-10 drops for every 250 ml shampoo. Massage the shampoo-oil mixture into your scalp and allow it to sit for 3-5 minutes before closing it thoroughly. You can also use shampoo prepared with tea tree oil which is effective against dandruff and keeps your scalp and hair moisturized. You can also use an overnight treatment - take a mixture of carrier oils in a small 250 ml bottle such as almonds, olives and jojoba. And add 10-15 drops of tea tree oil. Mix well and apply evenly on the scalp. Massage for several minutes and leave overnight. Shampoo normally in the morning.


 Neem Oil 



Neem trees have been described in ancient Ayurvedic texts as 'Sarva Roga Nivarini', which means universal treatment or getting rid of all diseases. Neem oil obtained from this tree is rich in antiseptic, antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties.

The primary cause of dandruff is a fungus known as Candida and Malassezia. The main purpose of  antifungal properties of neem oil make it competent  across these fungi. You can use neem oil to get relief from swelling, itching and burning due to dandruff .To get rid of these problems neem oil should be used regularly. It also helps to maintain the pH balance of the scalp which prevents further dandruff formation.

 How to useTo get rid of dandruff naturally, dilute equal parts (50/50) of neem oil with neem oil, sweet almond / sesame oil and gently massage the oil directly into the hair and scalp roots. After allowing it to work for 30 minutes, clean your hair with a natural cleanser.


Aloe Vera



Yes. Like neem and tea tree oil, the effective antibacterial properties of aloe vera are also widely understood. In addition to acting as the best remedy for dandruff, aloe vera also mildly exfoliates the scalp. This is one of the easiest ways to get rid of dandruff naturally.

How to use:  Gently apply the gel under your head, keeping your hair down. Wait for 30 minutes to one hour. Rub the gel on your scalp using a mild shampoo. Do this procedure 2 to 3 times a week, or recommend it according to your advice. Provide healthcare


Sour Curd For Dandruff



The acidic quality of yogurt not only helps to combat dandruff, but also creates conditions to give it a shiny, soft texture.

How to use: Take a small amount of sour curd or curd and leave it in the open for a day or two for fermentation. Whisk the curd and apply it on your scalp and hair like a mask and leave it for an hour. Do it well with a mild shampoo. You should apply this mask about an hour before bathing.

 

Fenugreek 



Fenugreek seeds also have high protein and nicotinic acid content, which helps prevent hair loss and dandruff, and treat a variety of scalp issues such as hair dryness, baldness, and thinning of hair. It consists of huge amounts of lecithin, which hydrates the hair and builds up the roots or hair follicles.

 How to use: Soak fenugreek seeds in a bowl of water and leave it overnight. Morning Time  grind the seeds and make a smooth mixture. Apply this paste on your scalp and hair. Leave it for 30 minutes. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Hair care and let your hair air dry.
