Easy Way to Keep Your Feet Soft at Home

Summer is the season of sandals, wedges, and espadrilles, and it is high time we miss our feet. Yes, those poor feet we often forget, however they push us forward. Mostly Calluses, dry skin and  cracks  that show up when we neglect their requirements can be both hideous and painful. So there are some easy ways to keep your feet beautiful at home:

Baking Soda

Baking soda is a reliable method to remove odors from refrigerators and cat litter boxes; However, it also has its place in personal care. The best thing about baking soda is that it is more effective than traditional beauty products on the market.

How to use: Mix three parts baking soda and one part water in a bowl. Add baking soda solution to your feet to remove dead skin and smooth rough skin. Focus on your heels and calloused areas. Close the paste with warm water. If desired, apply lotion.

Apple cider vinegar

The acid content in apple cider vinegar can soften the harsh skin of a callus. To prepare this soak, you will need:

How to use: Mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and warm water with a tablespoon of baking soda or Epsom salt. Keep your feet for 10-20 minutes. Let it be dry and then exfoliate the skin with a pumice or foot file. Repeat if necessary.

Olive Oil

Olive oil simply slows down in its role as a great natural moisturizer, especially for dry skin.

How to use: Rub olive oil on dry, cracked feet before bed, then cover them with socks for an overnight softening treatment. To keep the cuticle healthy, soak the nails in olive oil during the gem in your next home. For yellow-stained nails, mix lemon juice in olive oil and rub into tips.

Honey and brown sugar

Honey is also a great moisturizer in itself: it "traps" moisture inside the skin, thus making it nice and soft. You can prepare a honey foot soak (soak 1 cup honey / 1 gallon of hot water for 15 liters, 15 minutes) and complete it with a honey scrub:

How to use: 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 tablespoons honey and 3 drops of peppermint oil. Perfectly mix all elements in a bowl and massage with scrub on all your feet, then wash with water and towel dry and apply moisturizer .

 Petroleum jelly

One of the oldest ways to get smooth, soft feet quickly with petroleum jelly. Our grandmothers knew how to soften the feet using this small gem.

How to use: On your bed time simply spread an acceptable amount of petroleum jelly to the heel, feet and toe area, and cover your feet with cotton socks. In the morning, your feet will feel soft and malleable . This can be repeated at night if desired.

Toothpaste

Applying toothpaste on your feet helps to soften it and makes it easier to clean those hardened skin and calluses. A foot cream is always too long to soften the legs and we cannot see much noticeable difference.

How to use: Rub the paste under your foot and let it soak for 10 minutes. Surprisingly, the rough skin closed easily without any tension. Then scrub it a little and the feet look clean and soft. You should try this when you scrub a divine leg.
